Import bank CSV to Xero
BankSheet helps UK and multi-entity bookkeepers move from PDF statements to Xero bank lines without retyping Faster Payments and direct debits.
- Parse the statement. Upload via the converter and confirm bank name, currency, and row count.
- Reconcile first. Use the balance panel — Xero imports are harder to unwind than a rejected CSV.
- Export Xero CSV. Pick the Xero preset and download CSV (Excel is fine for review, CSV for import).
- Import in Xero. Accounting → Bank accounts → manage account → Import statement → upload the CSV and map fields if prompted.
- Reconcile in Xero. Match transactions, create spend/receive money as needed, and lock the period when balances agree.
